The announcement made by Micro Trains that it has been acquired by the Atlas Model Railroad Company.

Micro Trains was the only USA manufacturer of N Scale trains completely designed, manufactured, and marketed in the USA. The Micro-Trains name will continue under the ATLAS moniker for future items. The Micro Trains Website will no longer accepting orders after late January 2026..
